Fontaines D.C. have unveiled ‘Where Is Gone?,’  a collaboration with Spanish artist Rosalía from the Irish band’s forthcoming album ‘Dopamine Chamber’.

Carlos O’Connell, the band’s guitarist, grew up in Madrid surrounded by Spanish and Irish cultures. In a press release, he discussed his admiration for Rosalía and the musical traditions connecting their respective backgrounds.

“I’ve been a fan of ROSALÍA since her debut album, which was absolutely beautiful. What really excited me was how she was keeping a Spanish tradition of music alive, which in a spiritual way felt akin to what we’ve tried to do with Irish music. For someone with roots in both countries, it’s been beautiful to see. She’s an artist who’s blown me away at every stage since.” says Carlos O’Connell.

Produced by James Ford, ‘Dopamine Chamber’ is scheduled for release on October 16th, 2026, through XL.
