Jan Blomqvist has shared his 2026 live performance at Maxa, recorded during a severe dust storm at Burning Man.

Filmed in Black Rock City, the set unfolded in near-zero visibility as attendees gathered behind goggles and masks. Blomqvist decided to continue with the performance despite the conditions, singing against the wind as the storm moved across the deep playa.

Reflecting on the decision, he explained that after traveling to Burning Man, he wanted to leave with at least one memorable performance. The resulting set became a shared moment for those who managed to reach Maxa despite the difficult conditions.

The video was directed, edited, and colored by Severin Koller, who also handled drone cinematography. Gabriel Velazquez served as audio engineer, with mastering by Felix Lehmann. Beobe Music and Marvin Jam also make guest appearances.
