Sara Landry has released her second studio album, ‘Divine Intervention’,  via her own HEKATE label.

Written over ten months alongside her touring schedule, the 14-track project follows her 2024 debut, ‘Spiritual Driveby.’  The album explores unexpected changes in direction, both personally and creatively, with sessions and collaborations evolving beyond their initial plans.

Reflecting on its central concept, Landry says: “Sometimes, you think you’re going in a certain direction, and the powers or factors that be end up pulling you a completely different way. It might not make sense at the time, but when you look back, you realize that rejection is redirection.”

The record opens with the title track ‘Divine Intervention’, a collaboration with Electric Universe. Across the album, Landry incorporates elements of psytrance, hard bounce, psy-techno, and hardstyle through tracks including ‘Hands Up’, ‘Interesting’, and ‘Little Taste’.

Another collaboration, ‘Energy’ with Ali James, introduces a more forceful section of the album before its final tracks move toward a more introspective direction.

That closing sequence includes ‘Expansion’, ‘Decon’, ‘I Am’, and ‘Awakening’, culminating in ‘Feel 4 U’, recorded with Alt8 and Saint Monet.

The release follows a busy year for Landry, including appearances at Ultra Music Festival and Coachella, a back-to-back performance with Amelie Lens, and two shows at New York’s Under The K Bridge.
